Training for Initiate consists of four sessions carried out over a 4-5 week period. Once you decide to move forward, we’ll meet with your core team to discuss in detail the most effective path for training your advisors. This includes teaching the advisors the navigation of Initiate itself and implementing a proven “blended learning” approach. Blended learning combines Initiate’s resource paths with an ongoing advising plan for business owners (learners).
Yes. Advisors and Admins can view a user's activity just as they would see it in their profile – showing open and done action items.
Reporting is also available which allows you to filter by advisor and time. All data can be exported to a csv to allow for further analysis or upload into your customer relationship management system. Application Programming Interface is also available to premium subscribers to seamlessly integrate reports into your CRM.

Many of our subscribers use Initiate with assistance offered to learners that is also tied to grant funded programs. This allows for a part or all of the subscription fees to be covered by grant funding.
